Our lines of action
Territorial intelligence
Producing and sharing a fine-grained knowledge of the socio-ecological dynamics of the cedar forest.
Atlas Cedrus aims to develop a knowledge base around the cedar forest and a shared understanding of the territory’s socio-ecological dynamics, through the collection and analysis of territorial data, the capitalisation of local experience and the production of knowledge accessible to stakeholders.
The network is gradually setting up a socio-ecological observation system — the Cedar Forest Observatory — to document how territories change, feed collective reflection and support decision-making.
Civic Observatory of the Atlas Cedar Biosphere Reserve
Planned under the network’s Capacity-Building Plan, the Civic Observatory will document changes in the territory based on the surveys and observations of its members. In time, this page will give access to its data and publications.
