About
The Ifrane branch of AESVT Morocco is an association committed to environmental education, biodiversity awareness and the promotion of sustainable development. It works in particular in the context of Ifrane National Park, mobilising young people, educational institutions and local stakeholders around knowledge and preservation of ecosystems. The Ifrane branch has also been involved in initiatives linked to protecting natural resources and sustainable farming practices, notably around the Oued Boufekrane.
Each member keeps its own ground
Joining the network costs an association neither its autonomy, its governance, nor its funding. Each member goes on running its projects under its own name. The network adds three things: a shared voice before decision-makers, a pooling of methods between teams working on the same issues, and a calendar of activities open to members and the public alike.
